Welcome to the Advanced Packaging Integration Center at the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH)

Microjoining technology has undergone significant advancements, transitioning from its traditional roots to become a pivotal core technology in the advanced packaging industry. This industry plays a critical role in the structural transformation towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which encompasses artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and high-speed communication.

At the Advanced Packaging Integration Center of the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH), our primary objective is to contribute to the establishment of a thriving ecosystem for packaging materials, components, and equipment. Leveraging our extensive experience and infrastructure, we actively engage in collaborative research and development efforts between academia and industry, while also offering tailored support to companies. Additionally, we prioritize the cultivation of a skilled workforce in the cutting-edge packaging field.
