Microjoining technology has undergone significant advancements, transitioning from its traditional roots to become a pivotal core technology in the advanced packaging industry. This industry plays a critical role in the structural transformation towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which encompasses artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and high-speed communication.
At the Microjoining Center of the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH), our primary objective is to contribute to the establishment of a thriving ecosystem for packaging materials, components, and equipment.
